5 Ways How To Not Stress

Hello!

Here I'm again with another blog post. I wanted to write something what can be useful for you and what can help you, so I decided share with you my advice about ways how to not stress.

Nowadays, in this quick and hectic world is stress a big thing nearly for everyone. Someone deal with it better, someone worse, but I think that there is no one who don't stress at all.

If you want to stress less and enjoy life more, it's easy. Here are my tips that can make your life more calm, and I swear, all of them can make a huge differnce!


1. Go To Bed Early

Of course, you heard this thousand times, but it's really true. While you sleeping, you're brain is taking rest just same as you and in the morning, when you wake up, he have more power to fight with stress. Also, while you sleeping, you don't have to think about your worries, so sleep is of course also good for mind. At least 6 hours of sleep should be routine for you.


2. Exercises
You saying you don't like sport at all? Huge mistake! Sport is not only good for your body, but also for you mind and peace of your mind. And you don't how to run 10 kilometres everyday or exercise for 2 hours. All you need to do is find "10 minut workout" on youtube and just do it. During workout, your body releases endorfines, the hormones of happiness. After workout, you will feel like you can do anything  in the world?
Why do you thing so many people love workout? Yes, because of this!


3. Find perfect  hour to end all your responsibilities
It's easy - by this hour, you end all your responsibilities and do just what you want to do - cooking, listening to music, watching youtube videos or hanging out with friends. For me it's 6 p. m. After 6 p. m., I stop studying to school and doing homeworks and I'm doing just what I want to.

4. Make a lists
Being organized can really help you to stress less. In the morning, just write down everything you have to do during the day, or on Monday, write down everything you have to do during the week. Then you don't have to think about it, you just look into your list and know.

5. Do more of what makes you happy!
It's very important find time for things that makes you feel happy. No matter if its relaxing Lush bath, reading a good book or going out with your friends and doing something crazy. Of course, you have to study or work, but life is about finding balance between responsibilities and fun - once you find it, you will be happy!



And little tip at the end: If you feel like stress is taking over you, just stop everything what you doing, put on headphones, turn on some of relax playlists on Spotify and just inhale and exhale for a while. You wouldn't believe how calm it will make you!
