4 Running Tips For Beginners

Hello!

As I mentioned earlier, I'm huge fun of running. I especially love going run in the evening, because it always clear my after after a long day of school.

If you thinking about starting running, I would highly recommended it to you. Now is best time to start, because the weather is finally nice, days are long and you can be fit before the summer begins.

I'm not saying I'm professional, I run just something around 4 - 5 kilometres every day, but there are some things that are helping me to do it, so I thought a would share them with you.

1. When is your best time?

Are you morning bird or night owl? That's the question you have to answer. For example, I definitely wouldn't be able to wake up in the morning and go running, in the mornings, I'm just happy that I can get out of the bed. I prefer doing activities in the evenings and as I said, it helps me clear my head after a long day.

On the other hand, I know lot of people who love wake up in the morning, put their amazing sportswear on and go for a good run, because it make them feel happy about themselves afterwards and they don't how to think about running during the day.

It depends just on you. You can try both and see which one make you feel better, morning or evening run.

2. Water

Being hydrated during your run is very important and by being hydrated I don't mean drink 2 litres of water before you start. The best think you can do is take bottle of water with you and drink sips durink the run. Without water, you will lose your energy soon and you won't be able run for a long time.

3. Make the real goals

Of yourse you won't be able to run 10 kilometres everyday right from the start. Make a little goals and when you will achieve them, it will make you feel happy about yourself. For exemple, start at 2 kilometres after you will feel like professional, add one more. At the end of your journey, you will maybe run 20 kilometres everyday or you will achieve marathon, who knows? It's just on you.

4. Find the perfect music

I can't imagine running without listening to music. It gives me some kind of rhytm and with music, run is definitely more enjoyable. You can find some really good playlists on Spotify. The best kind of music is of course something quick, but of course, it depends on you and your taste of music.

My favourite songs which I listening to during the run are for example these ones:

Alvaro Soler - Animal

Chromeo - Jelaous

Conor Maynard - Headphones

Jessie J, Ariana Grande, Nicki Minaj - Bang Bang

Cheat Codes, Dante Klein - Let Me Hold You (Turn Me On)

Luis Fonsi, Daddy Yankee - Despacito

These are my four tips for you, if you think about starting running and need something to inspire you. If it help you, I would be very happy.

See you next week!

Lots of love,

Kris x.
